Job Description

Schedule:
The schedule is seven days on, seven days off, Tuesday through Monday, 6:30 AM-6:00 PM. Candidates should be local to the area and available for occasional schedule adjustments.
Children:
18 months old.
Duties:
The duties include full childcare, including transportation to and from activities and classes, children's laundry and light meal preparation for the child, with occasional meal prep for the family, child-related errands, organizing and maintaining the child's supplies and spaces, light housekeeping (loading/unloading the dishwasher, tidying common areas) and domestic and international travel with the family approximately 3-5 times per year.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this nanny role will bring a minimum of five years of experience caring for toddlers and young children, paired with a proactive, engaging, and highly reliable approach to childcare. Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential for working seamlessly alongside parents to maintain consistent daily routines and keep the household organized. While a background in early childhood development is strongly preferred, fluency in English is required; additional fluency in Mandarin or Spanish is a welcome bonus. Candidates must be competent swimmers, hold a valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle for work-related tasks, and either have or be willing to receive all up-to-date vaccinations, including MMR and Tdap.
Salary range:
$45 - $50
Benefits:
This position offers six paid sick days, monthly mileage reimbursement, and guaranteed year-round pay.
