This is a hands-on role for someone who likes variety, notices what needs doing, and takes care of it without being asked twice. Our household includes 3 month old baby, one dog, and one cat. You'd become a trusted part of our day-to-day life, so we're looking for someone we can build a long-term relationship with. What the role looks like Light housekeeping: tidying, laundry, dishes, keeping common areas reset

Errands:

groceries, returns, dry cleaning Some babysitting / date nights Pet care: walks & fetch Staying ahead of household needs: restocking supplies, scheduling appointments, ect. Occasional travel with the family if you're comfortable Who we're looking for A great communicator. You keep us in the loop, ask when something isn't clear, and don't leave us guessing. Thoughtful. You pay attention to how our household actually works and adapt to it. Self-starting. You see what needs doing and do it, rather than waiting for a list. Strong common sense. You can make good judgment calls in the moment, especially with a baby and pets in the mix. A quick learner. You pick up our routines, preferences, and systems fast and get better at them over time. Genuinely good with kids and animals. Calm, warm, and safe around a baby, a dog, and a cat.
