This Job If You:

Have at least 1 year of professional childcare experience Enjoy working with children of all ages Experience supporting children with support needs is a plus Are dependable, patient, and engaging Communicate well with both children and parents Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Can provide three references (at least two childcare-related and one character reference) Are at least 18 years old Good to know: Experience may come from nannying, babysitting, daycare, preschool, after-school programs, camps, church nursery, or other professional childcare settings. No. While experience is preferred, it's not required. We welcome caregivers with strong childcare experience who are patient, compassionate, and eager to learn. Will I work with one family or multiple families? Assignments vary depending on family needs, your availability, and scheduling preferences. What ages will I care for? Assignments may include infants, toddlers, school-age children, and teens, depending on your experience and family needs. Are benefits available?
