Schedule:

The schedule is Monday and Wednesday 11:00 am to 5:30 pm, Tuesday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Thursday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and Friday 11:00 am to 7:30 pm, plus every other Sunday morning for 4 hours.

Children:

6 months old, 2 and 4 years old (Primary care is for the oldest two children).

Duties:

Responsibilities include childcare, driving the children to activities and appointments and light tidying related to the children.

Requirements:

The family is looking for a warm, intelligent, proactive nanny who brings a calm and steady presence to their home. The ideal person truly adores being with young children and is comfortable managing the energy and needs of a busy household with three little ones. They value someone who is collaborative, communicative with a growth mindset and a genuine desire to evolve alongside the family. They seek a nanny who can set clear, consistent boundaries in a calm and loving way. Someone who encourages independence, confidence, curiosity, and plenty of physical exploration. They children are active, so this role is best suited to someone energetic and physically capable who enjoys getting on the floor, going to parks, climbing, exploring, and participating enthusiastically in active play. They would also love someone who naturally takes initiative, notices what needs to be done, and does not require constant direction. Strong communication skills and a safety-conscious approach are essential. The nanny must be an experienced and confident driver who is comfortable driving the family's car. A background in education, experience working with children with ADHD or different learning styles, and fluency in more than one language are all significant pluses. The ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally with the family in the future is strongly preferred.

Salary:

$40.00-$50.00

Benefits:

This position offers two weeks paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick days, plus guaranteed pay 52 weeks of the year, a monthly medical stipend, and mileage reimbursement. Additionally the client will be using a payroll service.
