This is a fly-in/fly-out position with a nationwide search, meaning we welcome applications from qualified candidates outside the local area who are open to a rotational travel schedule. Schedule This is a true ROTA position: one week on, one week off. During on weeks, the nanny lives in and has a private bedroom and private bathroom. During extended family travel periods, the schedule may shift to two weeks on, two weeks off. For candidates who are not local to the Bay Area, the family covers travel arrangements (flights) to and from the Bay Area for each rotation. Responsibilities Provide consistent, loving, and engaged care for the children during on weeks. Manage the children's daily routines and activities. Maintain clear, professional communication with the family and provide a smooth handoff between rotations.

Compensation and Benefits Salary:

$115,000 to $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
