We're a warm, active family with a young child and a full schedule. We care deeply about creating a home that feels calm, organized, healthy, and reset, while making sure our family has more time to be present and enjoy one another. Our afternoons are particularly busy — dinner, cleaning, laundry, dishes, and all the little things that somehow need to happen at once. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys stepping into that chaos and making it feel effortless. Who You Are You are a household manager, family assistant, nanny, or similar professional who is calm, polished, highly organized, and exceptionally proactive. You don't need to be told every little thing that needs to be done. You notice. The yogurt is running low. The laundry needs switching. The living room needs a reset. The car seats need vacuuming. The kids need dinner. And instead of waiting for direction, you naturally prioritize, jump in, and make it happen. You have excellent judgment and emotional intelligence. You can read the room and understand when to step in, when to step back, and what should take priority—especially in a home with a young child. You are warm and engaging, love children, and take genuine pride in supporting a family. You're comfortable working independently while parents are home and appreciate a calm, respectful household environment. You're also someone who loves organization and systems and gets satisfaction from making a home run beautifully. What You'll Do Family & Meal Support

• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children and batch-cook several options each week
• Help plan grocery lists and wash, prep, and organize produce
• Support meal preparation for parents
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly Laundry & Linens
• Wash, fold, organize, and put away family laundry
• Manage bedding and towel rotation
• Keep the laundry area tidy and well-stocked Household Organization
• Perform daily home resets
• Light tidying, dishes, surfaces, and vacuuming of high-traffic areas
• Prepare the home ahead of house-cleaning visits
• Organize toys, children's rooms, closets, and household spaces
• Manage seasonal clothing swaps as children grow
• Coordinate donations and drop-offs
• Assist with holiday, event, and guest preparation
• Create and maintain household systems and organization projects Household Inventory & Errands
• Keep an eye on household supplies and proactively identify what needs replenishing
• Maintain grocery and household supply lists
• Manage household orders and subscriptions
• Handle returns, packages, mail, and recycling/breaking down boxes
• Run occasional household errands
• Coordinate vendors, appointments, and household services as the role develops Special Projects & Deep Cleaning
• Occasional deep-cleaning projects such as refrigerators, ovens, baseboards, strollers, car seat
• Refresh and organize the garage, mudroom, and entryway
• Tackle organizational projects as the family's needs evolve Vehicle & Outdoor Support
• Keep the family vehicle clean and organized
• Help maintain and reset children's outdoor play areas Childcare Support
• Provide occasional light childcare support while a parent is home The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is:
• Experienced in professional household management, family assistance, nannying, or a similar role
• Exceptionally reliable and trustworthy
