This is a substantial, high-level position designed for experienced professionals who genuinely love caring for babies and enjoy becoming trusted partners to the families they support. The family is looking for consistency, expertise, warmth, and long-term fit above all else. Their overall childcare needs extend from approximately 7:00 AM-7:00/8:00 PM, seven days per week, with additional flexibility for occasional later evenings, overnight care, and family travel. Rather than expecting one nanny to maintain an unsustainable schedule, the family is thoughtfully building a collaborative childcare team and is open to a ROTA, split-week, or complementary weekday + weekend/evening nanny structure. Dad travels frequently for work, while Mom works part-time and is actively involved in their son's care.
