$35+/hour DOE A warm, loving family in the Outer Sunset is looking for a dependable, proactive Nanny & Family Assistant to become an important part of their family's daily life. The heart of this role is building meaningful relationships with two young children through play, curiosity, and consistent, emotionally attuned care. Household support helps the evenings run smoothly, but the children are always the priority. Responsibilities Engage the children through play, outdoor adventures, reading, and creative activities Support dinner, bath, and evening routines Meal planning and simple family meal prep Grocery shopping and occasional errands Laundry and household organization Keep children's spaces tidy, organized, and stocked Anticipate family needs and take initiative to help the home run smoothly The ideal candidate: Has experience caring for infants and/or young children Builds warm, trusting relationships with children Is calm, playful, patient, and emotionally attuned Enjoys creating organized, welcoming spaces Takes initiative and communicates well Is comfortable with simple family cooking and meal prep Has a valid driver's license and clean driving record (preferred) This family experienced a significant loss last year and is looking for someone who can support a home where emotions are welcomed with honesty, warmth, and compassion.
