W-2 Employee Primary Responsibilities Childcare Safely pick up and transport the children from school and daycare Provide attentive, nurturing care while confidently balancing the needs of both an infant and a five-year-old. Plan and facilitate a variety of engaging activities, including imaginative play, reading, arts, crafts, games, and both indoor and outdoor play. Prepare children's snacks and simple meals Assist with the children's daily routines
