Nanny for 13month old baby COTM San Mateo, CA Job Details Part-time $24 - $35 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Professional development assistance Qualifications English Residential housekeeping Food preparation Feeding for children Meal assistance First aid and CPR Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a warm, dependable nanny for our 13 month-old baby who can be our longterm friend as well. Experience with infants and recent vaccination with Tdap, Flu and Covid are required. A candidate must have a great reference from a previous employer. Work hours will be 11am-4 p.m. (can be flexible) Mon-Fri. An ideal starting date is mid September. Responsibilities Feeding and diaper change Perform light child‑related housekeeping: wash bottles and feeding items (plates, bowls, utensils, using a dishwasher), baby laundry, clean floor and surface area where baby plays and eats, organize baby items/toys Plan and lead enriching activities: reading, singing, sensory play, light sports/physical activities, and developmental games Organize daily outings: neighborhood walks, park and playground visits, library story time, etc. Monitor and support developmental milestones, update parents on daily activities and milestones Help prepare a bottle and meal prep for a solid food Requirements Experience working with infants Recent vaccination with Tdap, Flu and Covid Prior experience in babysitting, nannying, daycare, or childcare settings Completed an infant CPR course recently, knowledge of first aid procedures Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience, compassion, and professionalism
