FULL-TIME NANNY FOR 9-MONTH-OLD BABY GIRL MONTECITO/SUMMERLAND, CA - A

sweet family in the hills of Montecito is seeking to hire a

FULL-TIME NANNY ASAP

for their 9-month-old daughter. The schedule is 5-6 days a week, with a minimum of 40 guaranteed hours and flexibility on start/end times. They are offering between $30-$40/hour DOE, plus PTO benefits, and a monthly health stipend. Gas/mileage reimbursement for driving during work hours, or a vehicle to use when a parent is home. There is one large, friendly dog in the home, so applicants must be pet friendly. The job starts ASAP. The ideal Nanny for this job is seasoned, experienced in taking care of infants and know the development milestones of infancy and toddlerhood. They should be calm, warm, loving, and deeply nurturing, with a genuine interest in caring for infants. You must also be professional and reliable, shows up for work when they are scheduled, proactive about helping out, organized and can help clean up, trustworthy and responsible, loyal and wants a long-term job with one family, and takes pride in helping create a peaceful and well-run home. The parents value emotional warmth, good judgment, and a holistic approach to everyday life.

Nanny Duties:

Provide attentive, loving care for the 9-month-old baby girl. Maintain age-appropriate routines, including feeding, naps, diapering, and developmental play. Plan engaging activities that encourage growth and developmental milestones. Prepare bottles and simple meals as the child grows. Keep the nursery, play areas, bottles, and child's belongings clean and organized. Handle children's laundry and other child-related household tasks. Communicate openly with parents regarding the child's day, milestones, and development. This is a really great full-time job for the right candidate.
