What We're Looking For:

Availability for at least 2 full days per week . 2+ years of professional child care experience with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or school-aged children (reflected in your resume). 3-4 professional child care references. Excellent communication skills and a positive, adaptable attitude. CPR Certification. A valid driver's license and car (not required in NYC or San Francisco). Must be 18 years or older.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay:

$20-$22 per hour, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit. Daily bonuses and overtime pay.

Employee Status:

Receive a W2 at year-end.

Perks:

Work 100 hours/month (about 23 hours/week) and enjoy: Membership to the International Nanny Association and access to a supportive Facebook group. Sick time pay as mandated by your state or city. Two extended education trainings annually. Work 150 hours/month and gain additional perks: A $75 monthly health care stipend (based on requirements) PTO and sick time.
