Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Nanny/Household Manager to provide exceptional childcare and household support in a private home setting to 4-6 children (depending on school day schedule). This role combines nurturing childcare with efficient household management, ensuring a safe, organized, and loving environment for children of various ages. (Live-in Nanny Possibility if Preferred) Duties Provide attentive, nurturing care for children, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and emotional well-being Manage daily schedules for children, including naps, meals, activities, and outings Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to dietary needs and preferences Assist with light household chores such as cleaning dishes, laundry, organizing toys, and maintaining a tidy living space Support children's development through engaging activities, educational play, and age-appropriate learning experiences Offer personal transportation assistance for school runs, appointments, or extracurricular activities Care for children with special needs or disabilities by implementing personalized care plans and collaborating with families or specialists Skills Driver's License Speaks Spanish preferred Proven experience working with children across different age groups, including infants and preschoolers Strong background in childcare roles such as nannying or daycare experience Knowledge of infant care practices and toddler development milestones Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid to ensure safety in emergencies Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Ability to handle household tasks like residential housekeeping and cleaning efficiently Excellent meal preparation skills with an understanding of healthy nutrition standards Personal transportation skills to safely assist with school pickups or outings Compassionate caregiving approach combined with organizational skills to manage household routines effectively This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where caregiving meets household management.
