• 35 per hour DOE We are a warm, first time parent family in Denver looking for a full time nanny with newborn care specialization to join our household for the long term.

We're looking for someone who is open and warm, nurturing, trustworthy, creative, and organized, and who brings both structure and love to our son's day to day care. Both of us work hybrid schedules, so we're home some days and out others, and we're looking for a nanny who communicates openly and helps us feel confident as we navigate this first chapter of parenthood together. We're a social, career focused family who also loves being home together, and we travel a few times a year. We have two cats who are part of the household.

Nanny Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, loving newborn care throughout the day
• Bring structure, warmth, and consistency to our son's daily routine
• Support early development through age appropriate engagement and activities
• Cook and do laundry related to the child only
• Light cleanup after childcare activities
• Comfortable around two friendly household cats

Qualifications:

• Newborn care experience required; specialization in newborn care strongly preferred
• CPR certified
• Open and warm, nurturing, trustworthy, creative, and organized
• Comfortable with a positive reinforcement approach to care
• English speaking required
• No driving required for this role
• Comfortable around cats

Benefits:

• Guaranteed 35-40 hours/week
• $28•35 per hour DOE•10 days PTO•2 paid sick days
