Early September Position Overview A warm and active Darien family of three young boys — ages 4, 2.5, and 1 — is seeking an experienced full-time afternoon nanny. This is a two-person household staffing structure; the nanny will work alongside a part-time Household Assistant/Nanny during overlapping afternoon hours. The family's home is a five-bedroom property with a fenced-in backyard, and they place a high value on outdoor play. The ideal candidate is punctual, communicates proactively with parents, and is confident managing the developmental needs and differing nap schedules of three children in this age range.
