A deeply experienced nanny anchors the household and remains the toddler's trusted primary caregiver. The family is now looking for a second set of hands to take over afternoon baby care, manage school runs and driving, and quietly absorb the household and administrative weight that builds up in a busy home. The person who thrives here is unhurried and emotionally perceptive — someone who understands that trust with a cautious toddler is earned gently over time, not claimed on day one. You're confident with babies, at ease behind the wheel, and willing to fold into a household rather than simply clock in and out. This family takes care of the people who take care of them, and they're looking for someone who wants exactly that kind of relationship.
