POSITION DESCRIPTION

Burn Boot Camp is looking for a caring and compassionate Childwatch team member who has experience caring for children ages eight weeks to twelve years old. We are committed to providing top quality care and a welcoming environment that reflects the Burn commitment to the community. Our goal is to enhance the lives of every child that attends our facility and ensure a safe, engaging, and clean environment. QUALIFICATIONS

Our Ideal candidate is- A problem solver Able to identify areas to improve processes, simplify, and become more efficient Highly organized Caring and compassionate Patient Able to remain calm in difficult situations A good communicator Able to lift 30-40 pounds Must have a valid CPR and First Aid certification Preferred to have experience in childcare

•Must pass a background check
