Duties Provide attentive, personalized childcare for children across different age groups. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks. Engage children in educational activities, playtime, arts and crafts and assist with homework. Maintain a clean and organized living space by performing residential housekeeping tasks related to childcare. Ensure safety by adhering to first aid and CPR protocols; respond promptly to emergencies or health concerns. Foster positive behavior management through encouragement, patience, and consistent discipline strategies. Requirements Proven experience working with children in a nannying or childcare capacity within private homes or daycare environments. Demonstrated experience caring for multiple children simultaneously with attention to individual needs. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training preferred. Ability to perform light cleaning tasks such as residential housekeeping related to childcare duties. Skilled in meal preparation tailored to children's nutritional requirements. Strong childcare skills complemented by patience, flexibility, reliability, and excellent communication abilities.
