Family's home in Boca Raton, FL 33432

Pay:

$40 per hour Paid time off and holidays On payroll, W2 Medical stipend of $200-300 per month

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm Occasional date nights Must be flexible if the schedule changes to 8am to 6pm or 9am to 7pm as the babies grow.

Duties:

Supervise twins and ensure safety throughout the day Plan age-appropriate developmental play Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical milestones Follow a daily routine for naps, meals, and play Read books, sing songs, and encourage early literacy Lead sensory, creative, and outdoor activities Track developmental progress and share updates Prepare healthy meals and snacks Keep play areas, twin's room, kitchen, and common spaces tidy after use We're looking for someone who brings heart, professionalism, and initiative to their work.
