Position Overview A young private family in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a warm, energetic, and experienced Full-Time Nanny to assist with the care of their three young children, ranging from infant through preschool age. The ideal candidate is patient, nurturing, engaging, and genuinely enjoys working with young children. A background in education, early childhood development, or a related field is preferred. This is a fully staffed household, and the Nanny will work collaboratively with other childcare providers and household staff. The successful candidate must be a strong team player who communicates well, respects established routines, and can seamlessly coordinate with others while also confidently caring for the children independently. Responsibilities Provide attentive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care for three young children Assist with daily routines including meals, naps, bathing, dressing, and bedtime preparation Plan age-appropriate educational activities, creative play, reading, outdoor activities, and outings Encourage developmental milestones, independence, good manners, and positive behavior Coordinate with the baby nurse and other childcare providers to maintain consistent routines and continuity of care Assist with school and activity preparation, transportation, playdates, appointments, and extracurricular activities Prepare healthy meals, bottles, and snacks for the children as needed Maintain children's bedrooms, playrooms, toys, clothing, and personal belongings in an organized manner Handle children's laundry and assist with packing and unpacking for travel Maintain children's supplies and communicate when clothing, food, diapers, or other items need to be replenished Travel with the family and assist with all aspects of childcare while away from the primary residence Work collaboratively with housekeepers, other nannies, and household staff to ensure seamless daily operations Maintain open and professional communication with the parents regarding the children's schedules, activities, and overall well-being Assist with occasional child-related errands and special projects Provide light pet assistance as needed and be comfortable around the family's dogs Maintain a safe, structured, positive, and loving environment for the children at all times Requirements Minimum 3+ years of professional nanny experience working with private families and young children Strong hands-on experience with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally with a background in Education, Early Childhood Development, Psychology, or a related field Experience working collaboratively within a fully staffed private household preferred CPR and First Aid certification Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent swimming ability and confidence supervising children around water Warm, patient, energetic, and nurturing personality Professional, polished, and highly discreet Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently while also being an excellent team player Flexible schedule with required weekend availability when needed Flexible and comfortable with domestic and international travel Valid passport Valid driver's license Valid U.S. work authorization SSIN789
