Job Description
Stetson Baptist Christian School is looking for a part-time qualified Christian Extended Care Worker. Candidates should have a love for Jesus and a great love and patience for children. The goal is to contribute to the healthy spiritual, mental, and emotional development of the child so they can more easily acclimate in the next level of education. Skills/Requirements MUST have DCF 45 Hours Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and student needs Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms Excellent communication and instructional skills Ability to act as mediator between children Cool-tempered, friendly, and reliable Certification in child CPR preferred CDA helpful (not required for extended care) Pass a background check and drug screening
