33308 Long-Term Position A warm, welcoming family is seeking an experienced, reliable, and proactive part-time nanny to become an important part of their household. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who truly enjoys caring for newborns and wants to build a lasting relationship with the family. The family welcomed their son via surrogate in June 2026 and is also expecting their daughter at the end of October 2026. They will soon have two sweet babies who are just four months apart in age! During the first couple of months, the mother will be heavily pregnant, so much of the support will focus on helping around the house and caring for the newborn. Once the daughter arrives, the role will naturally transition into helping care for both infants.

Schedule:

Approximately 3 days per week, 4-5 hours per day The family is flexible and happy to create a consistent schedule that works well for both the family and the right nanny. The family would also appreciate occasional evening date nights and weekend availability when possible. If the perfect long-term fit is found, the family may also invite the nanny to travel with them occasionally, with all travel expenses covered. Compensation $30-$35 per hour , depending on experience. This is a part-time position with the goal of finding someone who is interested in a long-term commitment as the family grows. Responsibilities Preparing bottles and feeding the babies Diaper changes and general newborn care Supervising the babies while the mother runs errands, attends doctor's appointments, or goes to the gym Baby laundry and light household laundry Vacuuming and helping keep the home tidy Washing dishes and assisting with light household tasks as needed Running occasional errands (such as Target or grocery store trips) Providing an extra set of hands to help keep the household running smoothly The family is looking for someone who naturally takes initiative. A nanny who notices dishes in the sink, laundry that needs folding, or another small task that would help the household and is happy to jump in without needing constant direction would be an ideal fit. About The Family One parent works from home, and the other parent will be home most of the time. The family has two friendly, medium-sized dogs who are very much part of their family, so being comfortable around pets is essential. The home has security cameras.
