Full-time Summary:

A warm and welcoming family based in Miami Beach is seeking an experienced, proactive nanny to support the care of their young infant. This is a wonderful opportunity for a confident, independent professional who can take the lead in creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment while working alongside parents who are primarily home. The schedule offers approximately 35 guaranteed hours per week with flexibility, and the family values a nanny who is comfortable managing both childcare and light household support. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and proactive in planning age-appropriate activities, outings, and daily structure, while also contributing to the smooth running of the home

Required Skills:

Qualified candidates will have strong infant experience, demonstrate a high level of independence, and be confident in supporting developmental milestones. Responsibilities include attentive childcare, engaging play and outings, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Additional duties include family laundry, changing linens, light tidying and vacuuming, grocery shopping, and assisting with simple meal preparation for the child as needed. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, take initiative, and be comfortable working in a collaborative environment with parents at home. A background that reflects longevity in prior roles, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to support the household wherever needed is essential. Language skills in Romanian, Arabic or Spanish are a plus but not required.

Miami, Miami Beach, FL Days & Hours:

M-F, 10-4 or 9-5, flexibility for a date night 35 hours a week guaranteed up to 40 hours possible
