Position Overview A private family in Coral Gables, FL is seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly engaged Live-In Nanny to provide primary care for their very active 18-month-old son. The Nanny will work alongside two other experienced nannies who primarily support the family's three older, school-aged children. While this position will focus primarily on the toddler, the successful candidate must be a collaborative team player who is comfortable working within a busy, fully staffed household. Responsibilities Provide attentive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care for the toddler Manage daily routines including meals, naps, bathing, dressing, and bedtime Plan engaging activities that encourage physical, social, and developmental growth Organize outings to parks, classes, playgroups, and other age-appropriate activities Encourage outdoor play and maintain an active daily routine Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the child Manage children's laundry, clothing, toys, bedrooms, and general organization Safely drive the children to school, activities, appointments, and outings as needed Supervise swimming and water activities Coordinate closely with the other nannies to ensure seamless childcare coverage Provide occasional support with the three older children as needed Pack and unpack children's belongings and prepare for family travel Travel domestically and internationally with the family as needed Accompany the family to the Hamptons during the summer months Maintain clear communication with the parents, nannies, and other household staff Remain flexible around changing schedules, travel, and family needs Requirements 5-10 years of professional nanny experience within private households Previous live-in nanny experience required Strong hands-on toddler experience Experience working with UHNW families or within fully staffed households is a plus Excellent references with demonstrated longevity in previous positions Fluent English required Excellent and confident driver with a clean driving record Strong swimmer and comfortable supervising children around water Energetic, physically active, and enthusiastic about outings and outdoor activities Comfortable working collaboratively with other nannies and household staff Flexible to travel domestically and internationally Valid passport and ability to travel internationally Professional, discreet, flexible, and highly reliable Seeking a long-term position and committed to growing with the family Valid driver's license Valid U.S. work authorization SSIN123
