We're assisting a family in need of reliable, long-term nanny and household care. This job combines stability, respect, and the opportunity to make a real difference each day for an appreciative family.

Location:

Family's home in downtown Miami, FL 33137

Pay:

Regular weekday nanny care: $30

• 32/hour Weekend nanny care: $33
• 35/hour Deep-cleaning day: $40
• 45/hour Paid time off and holidays Special travel rate

Schedule:

Wednesday and Thursday:

1pm or 2pm to 8:30pm

Fridays:

7-8 hour deep clean day

Saturday and Sunday:

12:30pm to 8:30pm

Guaranteed Pay:

40 hours per week This schedule will change once the summer starts and again after baby's arrival in August.

Children:

4-year-old, and newborn due in August!

Duties:

Supervise children and ensure safety throughout the day Maintain daily routines for naps, meals, school, and play Engage in educational play and support milestones Take children to activities, lessons, and outings Support after-school, nap, and bedtime routines Prepare meals and snacks for children Do family laundry (wash, dry, fold, put away) Tidy children's rooms, play areas, kitchen, and common spaces; light Swiffer floors Organize household areas such as closets, pantry, and children's supplies Deep clean family's home one time per week (childcare will not be required that day) We make sure you're ready with milestone plans and a daily schedule from the very beginning. Kensington Nanny Agency Requirements Must have 2 or more years of recent, verifiable professional private home experience Understanding of professional boundaries, modesty and dressing appropriately Must be at least 21 years of age Have a reliable car Excellent driving record Be drug-free Able to swim Have a stable work history Speak excellent English
