Birthday Staff Member Romp n' Roll is looking for FUN people to join our birthday party crew! Do you love kids, have tons of energy, and aren't afraid to be a little silly? Our Birthday Staff Members help create unforgettable birthday celebrations for children ages 3 months-6 years.

What You'll Do:

Lead fun, energetic gym games, activities, and obstacle courses Keep kids engaged, laughing, moving, and having a blast Make the birthday child feel extra special Interact with parents and provide excellent customer service Help with party setup, cleanup, and keeping the party running smoothly Bring BIG energy and a positive attitude to every party!

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Is outgoing, energetic, playful, and comfortable being silly LOVES working with young children Is dependable, punctual, and responsible Has great customer service and communication skills Works well independently and as part of a team Can stand and stay active for 4+ hours Can lift 25+ lbs Has reliable transportation Weekend availability is required CPR/First Aid certification is a plus Previous experience working with children, childcare, recreation, gymnastics, or customer service is preferred.
