Schedules will vary but typically range between 30-40 hours per week. These positions are ideal for experienced, reliable nannies who are confident caring for infants and young children and who enjoy supporting families as they establish routines and long-term care relationships. The ideal nanny will have strong experience with newborns and young children and be knowledgeable about early developmental milestones, routines, and age-appropriate engagement. These are long-term positions and short-term positions, and families are looking for a nanny who can offer stability and commit through key early childhood stages.

Responsibilities:
Provide attentive care for ages ranging from Newborn to Toddler, including feeding, diapering, naps, and interactive play. Engage in developmentally appropriate activities to support growth and learning. Maintain a calm and positive presence that aligns with the family's gentle approach to parenting. Keep the play area and common spaces tidy, cleaning up after playtime and meals. During nap times, assist with baby-related tasks such as sanitizing bottles, cleaning baby dishes, tidying the play area, and doing/putting away the baby's laundry. Communicate openly with parents and be receptive to feedback. Practice safe hygiene, including consistent handwashing. Be comfortable spending time in the home's lanai or outdoor area; neighborhood walks may be introduced once trust is established. Work respectfully alongside work-from-home parents and maintain professionalism.
