Applicants should have:

Previous childcare, babysitting, teaching, coaching, camp, or youth-program experience preferred A genuine passion for children and child development CPR and First Aid certification Reliable transportation A clean and professional background Strong communication and organizational skills The ability to follow safety procedures and company expectations Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic The ability to create fun, age-appropriate activities for children A positive attitude and professional appearance The ability to work independently while maintaining excellent communication with parents and the Tampa's Babysitting Services team What You'll Do Childcare professionals will be responsible for providing attentive supervision while keeping children safe, active, engaged, and entertained. Responsibilities may include assisting with homework, preparing age-appropriate activities, playing games, arts and crafts, outdoor activities, outings, meals and snacks, bedtime routines if needed, and other activities based on each family's needs please note you must be able to follow our dress code of a all red shirt and blue jean shorts.
