• 21 per hour TLC Family Care is hiring dependable and caring Babysitters and Childcare Providers to provide in-home childcare for families throughout the Tampa / North Tampa area.

This position primarily focuses on childcare . Opportunities to provide adult and senior care may also be available based on your experience, availability, and client needs. Caregivers who are comfortable working with both children and adults may have access to additional assignments. Pay & Benefits $19/hour for 1-2 dependents $20/hour for 3 dependents $21/hour for 4 dependents Weekly direct deposit every Friday Paid Time Off

• Earn 1 hour for every 30 hours worked Free telehealth primary care 401(k) match after 1 year and 1,000 hours worked Referral bonuses and travel incentives (when applicable) 24/7 caregiver support Schedule Available at least 3 weekdays (Monday-Friday) Available between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Able to work 8-10 hour shifts Commit to at least 3 months Responsibilities Childcare
• Primary Provide safe and attentive in-home childcare Plan age-appropriate activities and play Assist with meals, snacks, naps, and daily routines Maintain a safe, nurturing, and positive environment Communicate updates with parents Adult & Senior Care
• Additional Opportunities Provide companionship and support with daily routines Assist with dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks Provide medication reminders Monitor well-being and communicate updates with families Qualifications At least 1 year of caregiving experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, daycare, senior care, adult care, home care, or similar Childcare experience is preferred Adult or senior care experience is a plus Willing and comfortable working with both children and adults/seniors Two professional references CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Dependable, professional, and caring Authorized to work in the United States Florida Background Screening The Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse (Clearinghouse) is a first-in-the-nation enterprise system for background screening results of individuals required by law to undergo screening for employment in positions that provide services to vulnerable populations, as mandated by section.
