The ideal candidate is loving, dependable, energetic, and committed to providing attentive, engaging care for two boys, ages 6 and 3. This is a long-term position for a professional nanny who enjoys creating a safe, nurturing environment while supporting children's daily routines, learning, play, and activities. Responsibilities Provide attentive and engaging care for two boys, ages 6 and 3 Support school drop-off and pick-up as needed Assist with playgroup activities and daily outings Plan and participate in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities Support daily routines, including meals, dressing, hygiene, and transitions Encourage positive behavior, learning, independence, and development Maintain a clean and organized environment related to the children's care Provide reliable transportation for school, playgroup, and activities as needed Communicate professionally and respectfully with the parents Provide consistent, nurturing, and safety-focused care Requirements Fluent German — required Minimum 5 years of paid childcare experience Previous professional nanny experience strongly preferred CPR & First Aid certification required Must be at least 21 years old High school diploma or GED required Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Tampa Clean background check Professional childcare references Dependable, punctual, patient, and safety-focused Comfortable caring for multiple children Able to make a long-term commitment to the family
