Job description: Windermere / Winter Garden, Florida A professional family in the Windermere area is seeking an experienced nanny to provide care for their 5-year-old daughter and become a trusted, valued part of their household. This is a excellent opportunity for a polished, dependable, and genuinely fun-loving nanny who enjoys working with young children and is looking for a long-term position with a wonderful family. The position will primarily be Monday through Friday, approximately 4:00 PM-9:00 PM and Saturdays 8 am - 8 Pm , with the family's greatest need currently centered around afternoon and evening care. The nanny will be responsible for school pickup, engaging activities, play, outings, maintaining her afternoon routine, and preparing healthy meals and snacks. The family places a high value on healthy living and nutritious food, so someone comfortable preparing wholesome meals and encouraging healthy habits will be an excellent fit. Flexibility is key to this position . While the family's regular schedule is centered around weekday afternoons, there will be times when additional support is needed. The ideal nanny must be comfortable adjusting their schedule whenever necessary and occasionally assisting with morning school drop-off, extended days, overnight care, and family travel. This is not intended to be a rigid schedule, so open availability and willingness to travel is very important . The family is looking for someone who genuinely understands and embraces the flexibility that comes with supporting a busy professional household. The family resides between two beautiful communities in the Windermere/Winter Garden area, and familiarity with the local area is highly valued. The family also has homes in New, Chicago and Miami. The nanny should be comfortable driving locally with the child, getting her to and from school and activities, and creating fun, age-appropriate experiences both at home and out in the community. The nanny will be welcomed into a professional home and must understand the importance of discretion, confidentiality, and excellent communication. The successful candidate must be comfortable signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as a condition of employment. The right person for this family will be able to balance structure and responsibility with genuine warmth and playfulness.
