We are currently hiring for several after-school nanny positions. These roles are perfect for caregivers who enjoy building meaningful connections with families while supporting children's growth and development in a positive, fun environment. Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency aspires to hire former daycare professionals, occasional babysitters, college students, retirees, educators & teachers, and lifelong nannies.

Compensation:

$18 - $28 hourly

Responsibilities:

Plan and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that support learning and growth Take time to understand each child's unique personality, interests, and needs Foster development across academic, creative, social, and emotional areas Communicate regularly with parents, providing updates on progress and daily experiences Safely transport children as needed using your own reliable vehicle Build strong, trusting relationships with children by getting to know their unique personalities and needs Assist with light child-related household tasks such as meal prep, tidying, and children's laundry

Qualifications:

Experience in childcare or a related field, demonstrating a genuine passion for nurturing and supporting children's growth Ability to plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that cater to each child's unique needs and interests Proven track record of building strong, trusting relationships with children and their families Excellent communication skills to provide regular updates and collaborate effectively with parents Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for safely transporting children as needed. Capability to manage light household tasks related to childcare, such as meal preparation and tidying up Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate the varying schedules and needs of families in the North Metro Atlanta area.
