Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Center Director to lead our child care enter with passion and purpose. This vital role involves overseeing all aspects of center operations, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, management expertise, and a deep commitment to childhood development and education excellence. As a Center Director, you will inspire staff, engage with families, and drive the center's mission to deliver high-quality care for children across early our childhood program. Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership by setting strategic goals aligned with the center's mission and overseeing their implementation. Manage daily operations, including staff supervision, curriculum development, and classroom oversight to ensure high-quality educational experiences. Lead personnel management efforts, including hiring, training, evaluating and facilitating staff training and development, and supervising center staff. Cultivate a healthy relationships with center families to ensure excellent and cohesive care of the children in our care Ensure compliance with all Bright from the Start rules and ensure a high standard of performance while maintaining a safe environment for children and staff. Facilitate instructional leadership by supporting curriculum development, teacher mentoring, classroom observation, and faculty evaluation processes. Lead strategic planning efforts to enhance program quality, expand services, and improve operational efficiency. Oversee school administrative functions such as enrollment management, record keeping, legal compliance, and reporting requirements. Promote a positive workplace culture that values teamwork, professional growth, diversity, and inclusion within the center. Qualifications Proven experience as a Preschool or Center Director within early childhood settings. Strong background in curriculum development, staff management and leadership in preschool education, and working with families to provide them excellent child care services . Management experience including personnel supervision, faculty evaluation, team leadership. Knowledge of Bright from the Start rules and Quality Rated Rules Excellent communication skills suitable for engagement with staff, families and community partners. Experience working with diverse student populations across early childhood Ability to develop strategic plans to ensure center enrolment grows Strong understanding of business legal requirements related to administration and personnel management.
