We're looking for an exceptional nanny—not just a babysitter. Our family is seeking a warm, emotionally intelligent, creative, and self-led nanny who genuinely loves helping young children learn, explore, and thrive. We have two wonderful boys, and we're looking for someone who can become a trusted part of our family's rhythm by creating a calm, engaging, and nurturing environment. Who You Are You are someone who: Loves working with children and sees it as a calling, not just a job. Takes initiative without needing constant direction. Has a growth mindset and enjoys learning new approaches to child development. Is patient, dependable, organized, and emotionally mature. Brings creativity through crafts, sensory play, reading, outdoor adventures, music, and imaginative activities. Values kindness, respect, and clear communication. Leaves spaces cleaner than you found them and naturally notices what needs to be done. Can confidently manage multiple children while remaining calm and positive. Requirements CPR & First Aid Certified Previous nanny or childcare experience Excellent references Reliable transportation Non-smoker Authorized to work in the U.S. Comfortable with toddlers and young children Able to pass a background check Responsibilities Provide attentive, loving care for our children. Plan age-appropriate educational and creative activities. Encourage outdoor play and active learning. Prepare simple meals and snacks for the children. Maintain children's routines, including naps. Keep children's toys, bedrooms, and play areas organized. Children's laundry as needed. Communicate daily updates with parents. Support a peaceful, respectful, and joyful home environment. Schedule Approximately 20 hours per week (we are expecting this role to extend to full-time within a year) Consistent weekly schedule (days and hours to be discussed) Compensation Starting at $23/hour Opportunity for raises based on performance, reliability, and longevity.
