Requirements CPR & First Aid Certified Previous nanny or childcare experience Excellent references Reliable transportation Non-smoker Authorized to work in the U.S. Comfortable with toddlers and young children Able to pass a background check Responsibilities Provide attentive, loving care for our children. Plan age-appropriate educational and creative activities. Encourage outdoor play and active learning. Prepare simple meals and snacks for the children. Maintain children's routines, including naps. Keep children's toys, bedrooms, and play areas organized. Children's laundry as needed. Communicate daily updates with parents. Support a peaceful, respectful, and joyful home environment. Schedule Approximately 20 hours per week (we are expecting this role to extend to full-time within a year) Consistent weekly schedule (days and hours to be discussed) Compensation Starting at $23/hour Opportunity for raises based on performance, reliability, and longevity.
