Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Giver to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages. In this role, you will support children's physical, emotional, and developmental needs through attentive caregiving, educational activities, and positive interaction. Your enthusiasm for early childhood development and commitment to creating a joyful atmosphere will help children thrive and feel secure. Responsibilities Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills Assist with daily routines such as diapering, feeding, dressing, and hygiene practices for infants and toddlers Monitor behavior and apply positive behavior management techniques to encourage good conduct Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, needs, and any concerns Maintain a clean and organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards in childcare settings such as daycare or preschool Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care when necessary Qualifications Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Certification in First Aid and CPR is required.

Familiarity with toddler care, infant care, classroom experience, and behavior management techniques Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members Ability to demonstrate patience, compassion, and a proactive attitude toward caregiving responsibilities Relevant certifications in childcare or early childhood education are advantageous but not mandatory Join our team to inspire young minds through caring guidance and educational support!
