Super sweet family in Locust Grove is in need of a family assistant/nanny for their 3 children. The children are 10, 5 and 6 years old. Ideally mom is looking for someone that can come in from 7 AM to 1 PM two days a week and from 4 PM to 9 PM two days per week. Staggering the days so that she will have someone in the morning one day and in the evening the next.

Core responsibilities would include:

safe school transportation when needed; childcare before/after school and during occasional school closures; children's meals/snacks and routine preparation; laundry and linen management; light household resets and organization; meal preparation; grocery and household-supply management; errands, returns and pickups; receiving/putting away deliveries; preparation for family travel or children's activities; and occasional evening or overnight childcare by prior arrangement. A separate professional cleaning service will handle deep cleaning. The Family Assistant should maintain/reset spaces during normal household operations but will not be expected to function as a deep-cleaning housekeeper. Pay is between $27 and $30 per hour depending on experience. They offer one week paid vacation, paid sick days, paid federal holidays and there is a nanny car for your use during work hours. The ability to swim is required as they have a pool at their home.
