What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop your school team Drive enrollment, retention, and family engagement Maintain strong licensing, safety, and quality standards Manage staffing, labor, and daily school operations Set clear expectations and build team accountability Use school metrics to identify opportunities and drive results Build a positive, high-performing school culture Partner with district leadership and experienced peer leaders What We're Looking For Must be at least 21 years of age per Illinois licensing requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent 2 years Previous childcare or early childhood management experience Experience leading teams and driving measurable results Strong understanding of licensing, compliance, and school operations Confidence navigating change while building trust and accountability Must meet Illinois Center Director education and licensing qualifications , including required Early Childhood Education/Child Development coursework and approved administration, leadership, or management qualifications Why Learning Care? • 63,000 annually, based on education, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.

I meet the education requirement above AND have 3 semester hours of college credit or 3 approved credential points in administration, leadership, or management.
