In the Woods is a short suspense/horror story about two sisters whose ordinary afternoon at the park takes a disturbing turn. When eight-year-old Lexy accidentally kicks her ball into the woods, her older sister Maia challenges her to retrieve it herself and confront her fear of going in alone. What begins as a small test of courage gradually becomes something far more unsettling as the sisters discover that there may be more to fear in the woods than either of them expected.
