Before and After School Care Leader
Job Description
Split shift (approx. 6:30 AM - 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday) What You Will Do Greet students and families with a warm, friendly attitude each morning and afternoon. Lead fun games, crafts, and reading time. Help children with homework in a quiet space. Serve healthy snacks safely. Keep children safe and follow all school rules. Clean up play areas and supplies after activities. What You Need High school diploma or GED. Experience working with children (ages 5 to 11). Ability to pass a background check. First aid and CPR certification (or willingness to get it). Energy and patience for a split-shift schedule.
