Job Description
Summary:
Seeking caring, loving teaching staff to support ourINFANT AND TODDLER
rooms in a language-enriched early educational classroom.Qualifications:
Education:
High SchoolExperience:
Experience working with young children preferredEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
- To secure the safety of children through ongoing supervision
- Follow all state licensing regulations pertaining to the care of children
- Daily care of the children, including but not limited to, diapering, toileting, helping at lunch, cleaning faces, hands, etc
- Meet all standards in accordance with Kentucky
ALL STARS
program.- Assist in implementing all activities (art, circle time, centers, etc) in accordance with the posted daily schedule and meeting all state licensing and STARS requirements.
- Communicate with parents about general daily activities, specific details will be shared only if the teacher/ director requests.
- Assist in maintaining classroom cleanliness, decorations, labels, bulletin boards, etc.
- Have a good attitude and be willing to have fun with the children.
- Agility to perform job with small children(including, but not limited to; lifting children, kneeling, sitting on the floor, changing diapers, etc.)
- Ability to lift and move equipment at a minimum of 30 pounds
