This is not intended to be a temporary position or something to fit around another primary job. The family has school-age twin boys . One attends traditional school, while the other is currently homeschooled with the support of a dedicated educator. Morning Childcare:

approximately 6:30-8:30 AM Help the boys get ready, prepare breakfast and lunches, and handle school drop-off.

Household/Family Assistant Hours:

approximately 9:00 AM-12:00 PM Household organization, tidying, laundry, errands, meal preparation, and other family-assistant responsibilities.

Afternoon Childcare:

approximately 1:30-4:30 PM most days , with 1-2 evenings per week extending until approximately 6:00-6:30 PM . The family is very open to providing full-time hours (approximately $68,000

This is a year-round position , with a generally lighter workload during the summer. Household Responsibilities The family is not looking for a traditional deep-cleaning housekeeper . Their goal is for the home to feel "hotel presentable" each day —tidy, organized, reset, and running smoothly. They want someone who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative rather than waiting for a checklist.

Responsibilities may include:

Daily tidying and resetting of common areas Children's laundry and bedroom organization General household organization Keeping children's belongings and activity spaces orderly Light cleaning and household upkeep Meal preparation Family-related errands Helping maintain household supplies and organization Proactively identifying tasks that would make the family's day run more smoothly There is no expectation of heavy scrubbing or deep cleaning .
