Description:

This is a warm and easygoing family excited to welcome their first baby in October 2026! Mom is a physician and Dad is a firefighter, so they are looking for a dependable, experienced nanny who can become a trusted and long-term part of their family and support system. They hope to begin care by the end of October 2026, with the option for either a live-in or live-out arrangement depending on the right fit. Their schedules can be irregular and rotating, so flexibility at times will be extremely important. Mom typically works 8:00 AM-4:00 PM when not on call and has occasional 24-hour on-call shifts, while Dad works a rotational schedule. Weekend care may be needed 1-2 times per month. They are seeking someone organized, patient, calm, dependable, and experienced with infants, ideally with current infant CPR/First Aid certification. Because they are first-time parents, they would especially value a nanny who is comfortable offering guidance, sharing their experience, and communicating openly with them as they navigate parenthood. They are looking for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships, is comfortable taking an active role in caring for and appropriately disciplining their child as they grow, and who would enjoy being part of a busy family that loves having fun and enjoying new experiences.

Pay:

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
