Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Floor Lead to oversee daily operations at our childcare center. The ideal candidate will supervise staff, ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children, and coordinate activities to promote development and well-being. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for working with children.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support childcare staff to ensure high-quality care and adherence to policies. Coordinate daily activities, lesson plans, and routines to promote children's development. Monitor safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment for children and staff. Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and management regarding children's progress and center operations. Assist in training new staff members and provide ongoing guidance. Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and company policies. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and supply management. Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages learning and socialization.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in early childhood education or childcare management preferred. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of safety standards and licensing requirements for childcare centers. Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. Passion for working with children and supporting their growth.
Pay:
From $13.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
