Job Description
Children's Discovery & Learning Center is currently seeking dependable and flexible individuals to join our team as Childcare Floaters. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children and are looking for flexible, part-time hours. Floaters assist in multiple classrooms as needed and help support daily operations.
Responsibilities :
Assist teachers in various classrooms (infants through school-age) Help maintain a safe, clean, and structured environment Supervise children and support daily routines Step in as needed to maintain proper ratiosRequirements :
Must be dependable and punctual Strong communication and professionalism Ability to adapt to different age groups and classroom needs Childcare experience preferred but not requiredSchedule :
