They are looking for a loving, dependable caregiver who enjoys creating a fun, engaging environment while supporting the children's growth, learning, and development through play and everyday routines. The family is looking for someone who will become a trusted, consistent presence in their children's lives. They value kindness, open communication, and a nanny who is proactive, patient, and enjoys planning age-appropriate activities, outings, and learning opportunities. They are hoping to find someone who can commit to the position for just over a year, providing consistency and stability for the children during that time. Requirements At least 21 years old Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional childcare experience Current CPR / First Aid certification required Non-smoker Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Must have a safe and reliable vehicle that can accommodate two car seats Flu vaccination required COVID vaccination preferred Background in early childhood education, speech, or OT is a plus Responsibilities Provide attentive care for both children, with primary daytime care for the youngest child while the older child is in school Pick up the older child from school each afternoon and provide a smooth transition home Drive the older child to scheduled speech and occupational therapy appointments as needed Prepare children's lunches, after-school snacks, and dinners as needed Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities, outdoor play, and outings for both children Support potty training for the younger child Assist with bath time when needed Tidy children's play areas and clean up after meals and activities Handle children's laundry and child-related dishes Communicate regularly with parents regarding the children's day, routines, and development About the Family This family is looking for a nanny who will become a trusted part of their household while maintaining a professional and collaborative relationship. One parent works from home in a separate office, and the nanny will have autonomy throughout the day. They are looking for someone who is kind, communicative, and excited to provide consistent, loving care for their children. The family has a friendly black lab who is part of their household. The nanny should be comfortable around dogs, but no pet care is required. If the nanny enjoys taking the dog for a walk, they are welcome to, but it is not an expectation of the role. Their older child receives speech and occupational therapy support. The family is not looking for a special needs nanny, but they would love someone who has experience with childhood apraxia of speech, occupational therapy, or a similar background and who is comfortable supporting his communication and development as part of his everyday routine. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is warm, patient, reliable, and communicative. They enjoy creating engaging, age-appropriate activities for young children and are comfortable balancing the needs of an infant and preschool-aged child. The family is looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and dependable, with a genuine love for childcare.

Monday-Friday, approximately 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (45 hours guaranteed)
