In this vital role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages. Your expertise will support their developmental milestones through thoughtful child development instruction, hands-on caregiving, and effective classroom management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to positively influence young lives while working in a collaborative and supportive setting. All roles are compensated, recognizing the importance of your contribution to early childhood education and care. Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of children during daily activities, playtime, and transitions Implement age-appropriate curriculum focusing on childhood development, early learning, and social skills Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and exploration Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, and needs Apply first aid and pediatric first aid techniques promptly in case of minor injuries or emergencies Follow mandated reporting laws to report any concerns related to child welfare or safety Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare centers, preschools, or similar settings is highly preferred Knowledge of early childhood education principles and child development stages Hands-on classroom experience with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers demonstrating strong caregiving skills Familiarity with childcare regulations, safety protocols including first aid and CPR certification Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Proven ability to communicate effectively with parents, children, and team members Background in teaching or caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting that involve child supervision and classroom management Join us in shaping bright futures!
