Job Description
We are looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Childcare Team Member to join our team. You will help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and grow. Responsibilities Supervise children and ensure their safety and well-being Lead age-appropriate games, crafts, learning activities, and indoor play Maintain clean, organized classrooms and play areas Communicate positively with children, families, and coworkers Observe children's development and report concerns to the appropriate supervisor Respond calmly and professionally to challenging behavior and emergencies Qualifications At least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous childcare, teaching, babysitting, or camp experience preferred Patient, reliable, attentive, and able to work well with a team Able to pass required background checks CPR and First Aid certification preferred; training may be provided What We Offer Competitive pay Supportive team environment Consistent scheduling Free fitness membership Childcare discount Schedule Availability Monday-Friday mornings, possibly as early as 8:00, and Saturday availability preferred How to Apply Apply through Indeed with your résumé and a short note describing your childcare experience and availability.
