ASAP Position Overview A family in Westford, Massachusetts is seeking a caring and reliable part-time Nanny to care for their two young children. The role covers weekday mornings and afternoons, supporting the children through their daily routines before and after school. Mornings include getting both children ready for the day and handling school and daycare drop-off. Afternoons are focused on the older child, meeting him at the bus at the house and caring for him until a parent returns home at 5:00 PM. The family is looking for someone warm, dependable, and consistent who fits in well with the household and is interested in a long-term commitment. Benefits Guaranteed hours per week long term position Responsibilities Provide attentive, engaging care for two young children Assist both children with morning routines, including getting dressed and preparing lunches and bags Handle morning school and daycare drop-off Meet the older child at the afternoon bus stop at the home and provide care until a parent returns Prepare afternoon snacks and lead age-appropriate activities and downtime Tidy up after the children and maintain child-related spaces Requirements Prior professional childcare experience Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required (parking available at the home) Warm, patient, and reliable caregiving approach Comfortable in a home with two dogs Able to commit to a set weekday schedule long-term Must be able to provide 3-5 professional references Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
