September 1, 2026 Position Overview A Weston family is seeking an energetic, reliable afterschool nanny for their three boys (ages 2, 4, and 6). This role covers afternoon and early-evening care, including pickup for the oldest child and transportation to extracurricular activities, with active, hands-on engagement for all three boys until dinner. The ideal candidate is athletic, takes initiative, and is comfortable keeping pace with young, high-energy children. Benefits 1 week paid vacation 2 paid sick days 2 paid personal days 3-6 paid holidays Responsibilities Arrive at 2:00 PM and pick up oldest child (age 6) from the bus stop Transport oldest child to his daily activity — gymnastics or a Russian math enrichment class in Wellesley (Thursdays); most driving is within Weston, Sudbury, and Wellesley, with additional trips to grandparents' home and a country club in Belmont Provide active, hands-on supervision for all three boys (ages 2, 4, and 6) while parent prepares dinner Support oldest child with homework and reading Requirements CPR/First Aid certification required (timing before/after start TBD) Valid driver's license; family-provided vehicle, gas covered Experience caring for multiple young children, toddler through early elementary age Strong command of spoken and written English to support homework and reading Energetic and able to keep pace with active young children Must be able to provide 3-5 professional references Upon submitting this form, you will be considered for any suitable positions, so there is no need to complete multiple applications.
